+ How do I get my bouquet flowers to you?

After you buy, you receive a guide on how to preserve the flowers. Once they are dry, you send them to us by post in an envelope.

+ How many flowers do I need to send?

It depends on the design you choose. Everything is explained in the guide.

+ How long do I have to send them after the wedding?

If they are already dry and well preserved, timing doesn’t matter: they stay in good condition for a long time. Keep them somewhere dark and dry.

+ What if the flowers arrive damaged?

This rarely happens, because the way they are sent is safe. If it does, we know different techniques to disguise the damage so the flowers can still be used.

+ How long does my jewelry take?

We make it within 10 working days of receiving your flowers.

+ How will I receive my jewelry?

We send it to the address you give us, in special packaging designed to make it a unique moment.

+ Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes. We ship to the whole European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong.

+ I live in Barcelona. Can I bring the flowers to the shop?

Yes. You can bring them to our shop in El Born, with no shipping. The 10 working days of production start when you hand them over.

+ Can I take part in designing my jewelry?

Yes. If you come to the shop, book an appointment and we will design your jewelry together. The 10 working days of production start when you hand over the flowers.
